Terms of Service

Welcome to Tokverse Studio ("Tokverse", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Tokverse Studio is a software platform that uses artificial-intelligence models to generate short-form videos and related content, and to help you publish that content to third-party platforms such as TikTok. Features, plans and pricing may change over time.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and any workspaces you own or join.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and to hold accounts on the platforms you connect (e.g. TikTok).

3. Credits, plans and billing

The service is metered in credits. Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance; the credit cost of each action is shown before you confirm it.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically until cancelled.
Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and (except where required by law or our stated refund guarantees) are non-refundable. Failed generations are refunded in credits automatically.
You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide (prompts, scripts, product images) and, subject to these Terms and the underlying AI providers' terms, of the videos you generate.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish, and for ensuring you have the rights to any product images, trademarks, brands, likenesses or scripts you upload.
You must not use the service to create or publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexual involving minors, or that violates the rules of any platform you publish to.
You must comply with TikTok's and any other connected platform's terms; automated posting is provided as a convenience and you remain responsible for platform compliance.

5. AI-generated content

Videos are produced by third-party AI models and may contain inaccuracies or artefacts. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

6. Acceptable use

You must not abuse the service, including by attempting to bypass credit metering or rate limits, reverse-engineering the platform, scraping, overloading our systems, or using it to generate spam or bulk unsolicited content.

7. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties (AI providers, TikTok, payment and hosting providers). Their availability and terms are outside our control, and interruptions in those services may affect Tokverse.

8. Availability, changes and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokverse is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
