This policy explains what personal information Tokverse Studio ("we", "us") collects, why, and your choices. By using the service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use information

To provide the service (generate, store and publish your content).
To process payments and manage subscriptions and credits.
To secure the platform, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
To communicate with you about your account (e.g. verification, password reset, service notices).

3. AI providers and other processors

To generate content, we send your inputs (prompts, scripts, product images) to third-party AI providers (e.g. Google Veo, xAI Grok, Anthropic Claude, voice and caption providers). We use hosting (Render), database (Neon), file storage (Cloudflare R2), queue (Upstash) and payments (Stripe). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms; we share only what is needed to perform the service.

4. Data retention

Generated video files are stored temporarily (auto-deleted on a rolling basis, typically within 48 hours); their metadata is retained so your history and analytics remain available.
Account, billing and content-metadata are retained while your account is active and as required for legal/financial records.
You can delete videos in-app; deleting your workspace removes its associated data.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these, contact us at the address below. You can also delete content and close your account in-app.

6. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive tokens at rest, hashed passwords, access controls and tenant isolation. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Children

The service is not directed to children and you must meet the minimum age to contract in your jurisdiction.

8. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
